Friends of Jesco are having a firewood fundraiser to benefit Jesco White,
the Dancing Outlaw from Boone County, WV to help stock him up on needed
provisions to get through this coming winter. As many of you know, Jesco
lives in a remote holler without indoor plumbing in a small trailer that
he heats with a small woodstove. If you have ever wanted to meet the
Dancing Outlaw up close and in person, this is your chance to do so, help
him out directly and hear some great music and meet
a lot of other really cool people at a really cool little hillbilly town,
well, this is your chance!
Current plan is for Saturday being the electric day and Sunday being the
Acoustic/Countryfied day

Eight Bit (hip-hop performance artists who sample 8-bit videogames,
based in Los
Angeles, two of the members are from Boone County)
Headliner for Sunday is:
J.B. Beverly & The Wayward
Drifters (rockabilly, country, blues from Maryland.....friend of
Hank3's and fan of Jesco's)

Jason Adkins - his father is Hasil Adkins' first cousin, psychobilly
front man from
"Blackdamp"
performing acoustically...will include a few tribute songs to his
cousin

Hinton, West Virginia, "The Handmade Instrument Capital of the World" will
also be host to the 3rd Annual Festival of The Rivers International Music
Festival and Cigar Box Guitar Jamboree dedicated to the memory & spirit of
Hasil "Haze" Adkins - the King of Rockabilly!
